Well known is Titanium Ti6Al4V (Grade 5) for Aerospace and Medical. Since this hot rolled Alloy is very difficult to produce in Foils many are seeking alternatives.
Titanium Alloy Cold Rolled Sheet and Strip 15V - 3Al - 3Cr - 3Sn Solution Heat Treated AMS4914G
Titanium alloy in the form of sheet and strip up to and including 0.125 inch (3.18 mm) in thickness.
Ti15-3-3-3 is a valuable alternative to the very difficult to Cold Roll Grade 5.
UTS: 703 - 945 MPa
Y/S: 689 - 869 MPa
E: min 12%
Foils from 0.03 mm are offered. As Strip or Coil.
