Spherical Titanium Powder

Production of spherical titanium powder is under development. First lots have been produced. New production line based on recent research and development with governamental support is beeing set into operation by mid 2017.
Technologies such as the plasma and sensing heat source composite design, end-to-end vacuum design without argon, etc. is being built in.
Result is higher rate of final products, lower cost titanium powder and lower impurity(O, H).
Laboratory prototype has been completed and verified. The experimental sample size and particle size can meet expectation. Now improvements are undertaking increase production capacity.
This spherical titanium powder will be introduced to the global market in the middle of 2017.
